I moved from the free plan to Premium after seeing my girlfriend’s results. It was a bit of a stretch financially, but worth it.
There’s a lot of reading. If you’re into self-guided learning, it’s awesome. If you need more motivation, you’ll have to push yourself.
I bought the Premium plan mostly for the structured approach. What I didn’t expect was how motivating it would be. I felt supported even through a PDF!
Solid guidance, but not revolutionary. The basics are all there — portion control, whole foods, mindful eating. Just don’t expect magic.
The High Protein Snack Ideas were a game changer for me. I used to snack on chips and cookies daily, but now I have healthy, tasty options that actually fill me up. I printed the list and stuck it on my fridge. It’s been two weeks.

Some of the meals were too basic and repetitive for me, but it’s still better than doing it on your own without a plan. Would rate it 3 stars overall.
The free plan helped me cut out soda and late-night snacks. That alone made a difference. Great!
